Les Grands Bains du Monêtier
A municipal thermal leisure centre built in 2008 in the Serre Chevalier valley, fed by naturally hot spring water that the operator says rises at 42 to 44 °C and that the Romans knew in the fourth century. Indoor and outdoor pools face the mountains, with a Roman trilogy of caldarium, tepidarium and frigidarium, a hammam, a 60 °C sauna and a musical grotto where you float with your ears under water.
