Lido & Steam has no accounts, no contact form, no analytics and no advertising. The only personal data involved is your IP address when a page is delivered, your IP address again if you choose to load a map, and anything you write if you email me.

Delivering the pages: Vercel
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. To send a page to your browser, Vercel processes your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser's user agent. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a website that works and can be protected against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Request logs visible to me are kept for at most one day. Vercel is a US company, so data may be processed outside the EU. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by its Data Processing Addendum with the EU standard contractual clauses. Vercel's own handling is described in its privacy policy.
Maps: OpenStreetMap, only after you agree
Maps are drawn from tiles served by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. Loading a tile sends your IP address and browser details to their servers. No tile loads until you choose "Allow maps" in the banner or click "Show map" on a map. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The Foundation's handling is described in its privacy policy.

What your browser stores
No cookies are set. Your browser keeps your map choice in its own storage so the banner doesn't ask again: cookie-consent in local storage (accepted or declined, kept until you clear site data or withdraw above) and map-consent in session storage (set when you click "Show map", gone when you close the tab). Nothing in it is sent to me or anyone else. Storing your choice is strictly necessary to respect it (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).
If you email me
I use your address and message only to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you, or steps before a contract if you ask about one (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). I delete the conversation 12 months after it ends, unless the law requires me to keep it longer.
Fonts and links to other sites
All fonts are served from this site; no request goes to Google Fonts or any other font service. Links to Google Maps, operators' websites and official pages take you to those sites, and their privacy policies apply from there. Nothing is sent to them until you click.
