Power Saunas
Two wood-fired saunas at Silverstrand beach on the Galway coast west of Salthill, heated with locally sourced wood. Guests book a 55-minute shared session, change in separate men's and women's rooms and go between the sauna and the sea.

About Power Saunas
Silverstrand is a sandy beach about a quarter of a kilometre long between a cliff and a run of rocks, facing straight into Galway Bay, and Galway City Council notes that the tide covers most of it at high water. Guests may add aromas and essential oils to the water on the stones. Sports teams, works parties and other groups of up to 30 can take the saunas for private hire. Barna Woods, with St Enda's Holy Well, is close by.
