Thermal Spa Agia Paraskevi
A thermal spa on the cliff above the sea at Loutra, on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki, with an indoor and an outdoor pool of sulphurous sodium chloride water at 34.5 to 36 °C. The municipal company K.E.D.I.K. runs it with individual tubs, a whirlpool, a sauna, a steam bath and a café that looks across the gulf to Mount Olympus.

About Thermal Spa Agia Paraskevi
Beyond the salt and the sulphur, the operator's analysis lists bromide, boron and potassium in the water, which it classes as hypertonic and slightly acidic, at pH 6.2. The spa says the water is used for joint and bone complaints, from rheumatoid arthritis to old fractures, and for skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema.
