Carolus Thermen Bad Aachen
Opened in 2001, the baths receive mineral thermal water by pipeline from Aachen's Rose Spring, which averages 47 °C at the source. Swimwear is worn in the thermal pools, and the sauna world beyond is textile-free.

- Swimwear in the thermal bath; nudity and underwear are not allowed there. The sauna world is textile-free, including its pools, and a towel must be used as a seat cover in the saunas.

- 6 and over. Children aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The operator gives the mineral-rich water as the reason for the age limit; ID may be requested.
