About Spear Sauna at Lost Shore
The sauna stands along the left side of the wave pool, and its large window looks over the surf cove. The pool is a Wavegarden Cove, where paddles driven by electric motors can make up to 1,000 waves an hour, and the resort calls it Europe's largest wave pool. Two waterfall buckets are there for cooling down between rounds. Visitors skip the resort reception and go straight to the changing rooms or the sauna's own reception, and there's a storage area for gear.
