About Urban Heat Sauna
The arch is opposite The Bear pub. It's designed to feel like a living room. The lounge has armchairs, books and herbal tea, and sauna hats are handed out. Guests may pour water on the stones a little at a time, while the host manages the löyly, the steam that rises from them. Guided sessions run for 90 minutes, with a sauna master leading rounds of heat, cold and rest using breathwork and aromatics.
