About Derby Wild Sauna
This is Wild Sauna's second site after Bristol, opened in the city one of its founders grew up in, with Darley Abbey's greenery behind it. The entrance is on your right as you come into the rugby club grounds, next to the clubhouse. Sessions have no strict schedule, so you move between heat, plunge and rest at your own pace, with hot tea and filtered water on hand.
