About Kontrast Manchester
Kontrast is the last unit in the Millgate courtyard. If you see the black roller shutter with the name on it, you aren't there yet: keep walking past the railway bridge and look for signs on your left. The large Finnish sauna runs at 90 degrees and suits a conversation, while the smaller silent one is hotter, at 100 degrees. The venue also has an event space used for art, music and breath-work.
