About Terme Topolšica
The pools draw on a spring called Toplica, and a 2015 government decree lets the spa take up to 20 litres a second from it. It is a low-mineral calcium magnesium bicarbonate water, and the spa says it is used for nerve, spine and joint complaints. Since 2017 the pool water's pH has been set with carbon dioxide, which lets the spa use less chlorine and leaves the water clearer. The relaxation rooms by the saunas look out over the indoor pools.
