Castlegregory is a village on the north side of the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, at the base of the Maharees, about 25 km west of Tralee. Brandon Bay Sauna is a barrel sauna on the Maharees shore, facing Mount Brandon across the bay, with the sea for a cold dip.
