About Vital Therme Bad Wildbad
Bad Wildbad has two very different thermal baths, and the town puts the Vital Therme's focus on movement: aqua biking, aqua fitness and the Wildbad exercise therapy, which pairs sling-table physiotherapy with sessions in the thermal water. The water comes from five boreholes, about 12 litres a second at 35 to 42 °C, and is classed as a fluoride-bearing sodium-calcium-chloride-bicarbonate akratotherm. Because today's springs are drilled, there is no spring to go and see. For a slower visit there is a Roman steam bath, and the wellness menu runs to a Cleopatra bath and an evening primrose oil bath.
