Jod-Sole-Therme Bad Bevensen
Bad Bevensen's bath opened in summer 1970, six years after iodine brine was found while drilling for oil; two boreholes 661 and 700 m deep, both state-approved healing springs, feed every pool. The two outdoor pools hold over 900 m² of 3 % brine at 32 °C, and the sauna garden has three log-cabin saunas from 80 to 100 °C.
