Thermal baths in Dorres

Dorres is a mountain village in the Cerdagne, the high plateau of the eastern Pyrenees, about 6 km from the Spanish border town of Puigcerdà. Below it, the Bains romains de Dorres are open-air pools in the granite, filled by a sulphurous hot spring. The Train Jaune, the narrow-gauge line across the Cerdagne, stops at Ur-les-Escaldes, about 3 km south.
