La Sauna Aarhus
La Sauna started on Pier 2 in summer 2024 and moved to Godsbanen near Aarhus Central Station when the city needed the plot. Each 75-minute session is three guided rounds of 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna with cold showers between and a rest at the end.

About La Sauna Aarhus
The sauna stands beside Godsbanen, a freight railway station built in 1921 to 1923 and now a centre for making culture, and there is bike parking at the entrance. A gusmester runs every session, blending the essential oils, choosing the music and fanning the heat through the room. There are no separate beginners' sessions: first-timers tell the gusmester, who guides them more closely.
