About Terme Tuhelj (Water Planet)
The spring rises below Mihanović Castle, a baroque manor that Terme Tuhelj now owns and runs as a restaurant serving Zagorje dishes such as homemade štruklji, with a terrace and a park around it. The water carries sulphur, calcium and magnesium, and the operator says it eases joint pain and helps the skin. Across 15,000 m², the Water Planet is what the operator calls one of the largest thermal spas in Croatia.
