Getting in
- Access
- A free public stretch (spiaggia libera del Lungomare) runs along Lungomare Giuseppe Giardina next to the town. In July 2025 the comune closed part of it to bathing for several days after a sewage spill near Piazza Marina and reopened it on 17 July 2025 once the health authority's samples were within limits. The stretch of beach next to the Vecchia Marina lies in the port zone, where the comune says bathing is banned all year.
- Public transport
- Cefalù railway station is about 500 m from the beach.
