Thermal baths in Scuol
Scuol lies on the Inn at about 1,250 m in the Lower Engadine, where the Grisons valley runs towards the Austrian border, and the Rhaetian Railway's Engadine line ends at Scuol-Tarasp station. Bogn Engiadina, in the village, fills its pools from local mineral springs. Tarasp Castle stands on a hill about 4 km south-west, and guided tours take visitors through its halls and chapel.
