Thermal baths in Leukerbad

Leukerbad lies at about 1,400 m at the head of a side valley above Leuk in Valais, under the rock walls of the Gemmi Pass, about 26 km from Sion. Leukerbad Therme fills its indoor and outdoor pools with the village's hot spring water. A cable car climbs those walls to the pass in a few minutes, and an easy circular path runs round the Daubensee lake at the top.
