The wellness centre of the Lielupe hotel by Semarah Hotels on Bulduru prospekts in Jūrmala, open to non-guests on a 2.5-hour ticket. It has a 25 m pool with two cascades, a warm children's pool with a fountain, a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish steam bath and contrast showers.

About Wellness centrs, Lielupe by Semarah Hotels
The hotel stands in a centuries-old pine forest, a couple of hundred meters from Bulduri beach. The 25 m pool runs on a Dryden Aqua filter system, which the operator says came out of more than 30 years' work by marine biologists, with its effect on dolphins studied before it was offered to public pools. The showers include a contrast shower and a Russian one. On warm, sunny days an outdoor pool opens under the name Pool Lounge, with a separate ticket from the wellness reception.
