Thermal baths in Comano Terme

Comano Terme lies in the Giudicarie Esteriori, a valley of western Trentino below the Brenta Dolomites, about 20 km west of Trento as the crow flies, with buses from Trento station to Ponte Arche. The thermal spa of the Grand Hotel Terme di Comano is in a park reached on foot from Ponte Arche. Castel Stenico, a castle museum with Romanesque frescoes in its chapel, is about 2 km north-west.
