Earth Lagoon Mývatn
The lagoon formerly known as Mývatn Nature Baths, rebuilt and reopened as Earth Lagoon Mývatn in summer 2026. Water from the Bjarnarflag borehole arrives at about 130 °C and is cooled to 36 to 40 °C with no chlorine, and a swim-in steam cave is heated by natural vents.
