Thermal baths in Bjarnarfjörður

Bjarnarfjörður is a fjord in the Strandir region of the Westfjords, about 25 km north of Hólmavík by road. Gvendarlaug hins góða, a lukewarm pool fed by a hot spring, lies beside Hótel Laugarhóll. The Sorcerer's Cottage (Kotbýli kuklarans), part of the Strandir witchcraft exhibition, stands next to the hotel and is open to visitors.
