Szigetvári Gyógyfürdő (Szigetvár Thermal Bath)
The 62 °C sodium chloride alkaline hydrogen-carbonate water here is rich in fluoride and fills the thermal pools of a building whose domes and towers echo the town's Ottoman-era monuments. Inside, the walls are clad in Zsolnay ceramics, and the pools have more than 1,700 m² of water surface in all.

About Szigetvári Gyógyfürdő (Szigetvár Thermal Bath)
Among the Zsolnay tiles inside stand sculptures by Ágnes Bozsogi and Sándor Dobány, and there is a café on the gallery. The bath says the water's fluoride slows bone loss in old age and that it suits joint and rheumatic complaints. Its treatment wing gives mud packs, carbonated tub baths and a four-cell galvanic bath, and the salt room may only be entered with a dry body and dry clothes.
