Thermal baths in Bad Oeynhausen

Bad Oeynhausen lies on the Werre near where it joins the Weser, in eastern Westphalia, about 25 km north-east of Bielefeld. The Bali Therme in the Kurpark fills its pools with healing brine from a spring drilled 1,034 m deep, and its iron pool takes the water red-brown and unfiltered.
