Bad Bellingen is a village in the Markgräflerland on the Upper Rhine, close to the French border and about 20 km north of Basel. Three springs feed the Balinea Therme, whose textile-free sauna park has a screened naturist lawn and outdoor pool.

    Bad Bellingen's first thermal spring was tapped on 28 November 1956, and three springs from 600 to 1,200 m now feed about 1,000 m² of pools at 34 to 36 °C with sodium-calcium-chloride water.
