Yrjönkatu Swimming Hall

The City of Helsinki calls it Finland's first public swimming hall. It opened in 1928 to a 1920s classicist design by Väinö Vähäkallio; swimming naked is allowed and women and men have separate days. The 25 m pool is 0.9 to 3.4 m deep, and a separate upper floor has a wood-heated sauna, a steam sauna and curtained rest cabins served by a café.
