Elamus Spa
A sauna centre in the Mustamäe Elamuste Keskus in Tallinn with 22 saunas heated every day: 13 in the family area, from a 48 °C steam room to a 100 °C Twilight sauna modelled on the Estonian smoke sauna, and nine more in the adults-only Spa21+ area, plus a 25 m sports pool at 27 °C and outdoor terraces with saunas and hot tubs. The ritual sauna seats 100 people for a nightly aufguss show with light and video, and tickets carry no time limit.

- Swimwear and rules
- No swimwear or nudity rule is published on the English or Estonian pages. The house rules ask you to shower, take off make-up and tie up your hair before the pools and saunas, bring no food or drink of your own, and leave shaving, scrubs and hair dye at home; the Spa21+ sauna area admits adults from 18 only. The family area is mixed and shared with children. Lost wristband 50 EUR.

About Elamus Spa
The 13 saunas of the family area hang on a tale of a Mythical Sauna Grandpa, and each room has its own theme: a wood-fired honey sauna with a honeycomb floor, a Viking-style boat sauna on the outdoor terrace, and the Philosopher's Stone, with words of wisdom carved into its walls. In the adults-only Spa21+ area the smoke-peat sauna is built with real smoke-sauna logs and peat from Pärnu County, and in the Mud Hall bathers coat themselves in Estonian mud before the heat. The ritual sauna is heated by a stove four metres long. In the herbal ritual a sauna master moves the air with four pairs of whisks, of oak, eucalyptus, linden and birch.
