Swimming in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer

Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer lies on the Baie des Lecques at the western end of the Var coast, about 7 km from Bandol and 30 km east of Marseille. The Calanque du Port d'Alon is on the town's shore towards Bandol, a pebble cove under pines where the coastal path sets off. Vineyards of the Bandol appellation surround the town, and the hill village of Le Castellet is about 8 km inland.
